Laura Wait is a Chartered Human Resources Professional passionate about transforming organizations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from SFU as well as an HR Certificate from Queen’s University. Additionally, she is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a ballroom and Latin dance instructor.

Laura launched her career while at University when she ran a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing Science to kids. From there, she found her HR calling and went on to lead the HR function at multiple organizations.

Laura has sat on various HR councils, and her roles have seen her travelling extensively across North America and around the world. She is results-driven, and has built a successful career around her ability to innovate and execute impactful changes.

Living on the North Shore, Laura enjoys spending time outdoors and active, and is dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. She’s also an avid cook and baker.
