Joanne Shum is a proven health care leader, change agent, and active community volunteer. As the Director of Pediatrics for Fraser Health Authority, Joanne is instrumental in guiding the vision for the pediatric program. Joanne approaches her projects through a patient’s lens, always considering the impact of change from both the health care provider and patient’s perspective. Using this approach, Joanne helps to understand and guide organizations through transformational change.
